Hello Mr. Sacrava,
You misunderstood this Monica. She was not Sihanouk's wife, she was really a very beautiful Spanish Lady who lived in Paris. Sihanouk met her and he was crazy about her while on his vacation in Europe. She was more beautiful than his wife. Monica would not stoop down and let Sihanouk ruined her beauty, even he wrote a song for her.
Look at the U tube's video. You will see this clown Sihanuke hangout with the North Korean Kim Jung Il, side by side.
