As a Khmer, I wish for the best for the new coalition - the National Rescue Party.
I hope the new coalition - with help from the international community - will be able to establish a new National Election Committee before the 2013 election. Otherwise, the 2013 election's outcome will be the same, and Khmer will completely lose hope in our fight against the expansionist Vietnam.
