What is Angkar?
Who was really Angkar between 1975-1979 ?
What is the real definittion of Khmer Rouge?
And why this ECCC has had full of obstacles from the so-called Hun Sen regime?
And why this ECCC as well as Hun Sen strongly oppose to Cases 003 and 004?
And why foreign judges resign one after another ?
And why this ECCC not allowed Noun Chea and Khiue Samphan speaking out for what has happened before 1975 and what has happened after 1979 such as K 5 plan?

Angka between 1975-1979 was a combination of 80 % of former seniors Khmer Viet Minh and thousands of former Khmer Viet Minh fighters comebinded with 20 % with a group of Paris students as follow:
1. Former Khmer Viet Minh between 1975-1979 included thousand of former Khmer Viet Minh fighter under each individual command as follow:
- Heng Samrin.
- Chea Sim.
- So Phim.
- Rhos Nhim.
- Keo Meas.
- Ney Sarann.
- And many more.... .
Note : All of above senior former Khmer Viet Minh all were purged by Pol Pot except Heng Samrin, Chea Sim and So Phim who killed himself in 1978.
So Phim and Rhos Nhim were in law between 1975-1978.
2. A group of Paris students between 1975-1979 as follow.
- Pol Pot.
_ Ieng Sary.
- Son Sen.
- Ieng Tiriith.
- Khieu Samphan
- Hou Yun.
- Hou Nim.
- Noun Chea.
Note:
1. Noun Chea was a former member of Thai Communist Party before he became the member of the Khmer People's Revolutionary Party member before 1960and then he bacame the second founder of the Communist Party of Kampuchea in 1960 under the name of the Kampuchea worker’s Party to be independent from the Indochina Communsit Party or later changed it’s name to the Vietnamese Worker’s Party.
2. Hou Nim, Hou Yun and Khieu Samphan were not the founders of the Communist Party of Kampuchea. And the real sole reason Khieu Samphan, Hou Nim and Hou Yun supported Pol Pot because Pol Pot had very strong policy against yuon Hanoi ambiton known as Indochina Federation.
