Immigration police have been instructed to keep a close watch on Cambodian Muslim people travelling into Thailand as tourists, Deputy Prime Minister Yutthasak Sasiprapa said on Monday.

Gen Yutthasak, who is in charge of security affairs, said nearly 1,000 Cambodian Muslims were arriving in the country each day.

Apart from the necessity for immigration police to keep them under watch, the Cambodian government would also be asked to provide information about them, he said.

On the new command centre for solving problems in southern border provinces, which has yet to be officially set up, Gen Yutthasak said it would not duplicate the work of other security agencies but would instead facilitate their operations.

The Siem military thugs have so much paranoia with the Cambodian Muslims but they killed only the Cambodian Buddhists!

AH HUN SEN used to preach that ASEAN will become one community with one destination! Well and it seems that the Siem military thugs are practicing the opposite! So tell me does AH HUN SEN fully understand the ASEAN politic? Yeh…I know because Cambodia is the chairman of ASEAN if AH HUN SEN doesn’t bullshit and no ASEAN countries will come to the meeting including Thailand! Ahhahahahha
I am just amazed that Philippines and Vietnam have not understood the true nature of being a chairman of ASEAN and I can’t wait to see Philippines and Vietnam become the chairman of ASEAN and Cambodia can play the opposite role!
