VOA reported that an alleged letter was written by opposition leader Sam Rainsy to Kem Sokha informing the latter of the end of the newly formed alliance. However, both Sam Rainsy and Kem Sokha denied any knowledge of such letter. Therefore, it can only be concluded that the letter originated from a party that shook up when it learned about the alliance of opposition parties. Can you guess which shaken up party that is?
