I don't think that Theary is as smart as "school of Vice"...

I commend Theary for doing a great job. I bet 90 percent of us can't even do 10 percents as good as her.

It is easier to critize someone while we were sitting down in our comfortable sofa.

Keep the good work Theary.

9:42 AM,

I wholeheartedly agree with you. I admire everything in Theary.
I just wish Cambodia had a couple more like Theary!!!

P.s. I also wish Theary read my comment and tell me that she'll do everything she can to help out more with our homeland problems. Thanks a million.

Oh now it is a Fiscal year, and same 2-3 people are trying to promote Theary Seng for the award, eh? I don't know what she did or does or will, and it makes no different if she does not do anything at all.It saves one US job, but it cost more money from donors who donated to the corrupt tiny nation. When some Cambodians say they are going to work and help Cambodia while those people cannot earn the living outside Cambodia, they are part of the corruption without a doubt, unless they are already rich before they set foot in Cambodia.

Only exceptional people like Mu Sochua, Sam Rainsy etc., they are real deal.
