King Norodom Sihanouk proclaims that the kings of the Kingdom of Cambodia, sequentially, and Norodom Sihanouk never once give territories of motherland Kampuchea not even one arm's length to Vietnam, Thailand, or Laos. In any eras, the countries of Vietnam, Thailand, and Laos never have any gratitudes upon the Kingdom of Cambodia, and the Khmer kings and Norodom Sihanouk never commit [national] treason against the Nation, Citizens and motherland Kampuchea even once.

To be a good leader, just not giving away any inch of his country is NOT good enough, Norodom Sihanouk must and should have prevented and defended his country against its neighbours, especially Yuon.
His letter is full of shit. He created Pol Pot and asked VC to help to fight against Lon Nol/Sirik Matak (his own cousin) whom were trying to overthrow him as because they were pro-US while Kingta and Pol Pot were pro-VC. After, US betrayed Lon/Sirik, VC and POl and VC won the war but then they turned against Kingta and started to kill all of his people. Nevertheless, it is called 'Karma', e.g. The French rejected our real king Monireth from being king and chosen this kingta instead. Kingta rejected the French and chosen Lon Nol. Lon Nol rejected kingta because of 'Pro-US', King got mad and created Pol Pot. Both Kingta and Pol Pot are Pro-VC. US later rejected Lon Nol. VC and Pol Pot rejected kingta. VC then rejected Pol Pot and then created Hang samrin, chea sim and Hun Sen and soon, VC will reject them all and take the whole lots. So, this was the pattern of betrayal 'what goes around, comes around', or 'what you do is what you get'. Therefore, who start the chain reaction? It was 1)the French and 2) the king ta. But this stupid kingta would never admit for his wrong doing. He was arrogant and self-centred person who did not give a damn to no one but himself. He ordered to kill whoever he likes.
