MP Mu Sochua's name spelled in correctly in the invitation. Also her picture was placed on the left. This is not correct protocol. What's KVD trying to do?
Please before you put out public invitation like this would you make sure check the fact? Who makes this invitation? This is so sloppy - how can we trust you?

I see now the HE title started to creep up on the documents. it is "mouy dombo neung buon" or "twelve and one dozen". self-importance in an obvious way. too many people are "ek oudom" or "excellent," don't these titles refer to the top and final kinds of statuses?
"ek" means single/sole, and "oudom" means highest or supreme; so what do these people do to make them such a singular, highest being?
A Prime Minister, a Minister, a Paliament Member, etc., they are all functions. These functions are confered based upon a person's ability, electability, popularity, or opportunity, individually, or in combination of them.
This culture of self-importance continues to hinder real progress from regime to regime, generation to generation, and always get people to feud relentlessly. It is all about doing the jobs for the better of the country and its people. Your self-importance is the result that should come out of your performance in your role and function. If everyone is the only highest and excellent person, why are we perpetually fighting and keeping Cambodia among the poorest of the world?
PM Hun Sen said in a speech, why people are concerned about these titles, and not the "big picture". He could not be more incorrect, in Cambodia, this self-importance culture permeates thouroughly through every ranks of his government offials and civilian CPP beneficiries. Everyone demands to called something!

Mu Sochua is a sino-Khmer just like million Sino-Khmers in Cambodia. The last name Mu is Chinese origin.

The ideogram “無”, transcribed “MU” in English (it's actually “wu2” in Mandarin: “mu” or “む” is the Japanese pronunciation), has become much the same kind of hallmark-mantra of Zen as the sacred syllable “ॐ” (“ŌM”) has become for Hinduism.
This comes from a famous kōan, the first of the Mumonkan, telling of how master Jōshū answered to a monk who asked “has even a dog the Buddha-nature?”: Jōshū's answer was “MU”.
We could waste tedious hours trying to explain this MU. Basically, the Chinese ideogram 無 means “no”, “not”, “none”, “have no”, “lack”, “not to exist”; this is a pretty vague semantic field, but it seems anyhow that Jōshū is not merely stating that a dog does not have the Buddha-nature: rather, his reply is more something like “nothing exists”, or, even more closely, a denial of the dualism of “is” and “is-not” (or “has” and “has-not”).
According to Mumon's comment on this kōan, Jōshū's MU is the very barrier set up by the patriarch, which to go through one must uproot all the normal working of the mind: it is the gateless gate (and the MU ideogram is the first ideogram in 無門關)."
