SAM RAINSY RECEIVES FREEDOM PRIZE FROM INTERNATIONAL WOMEN GROUP

While attending the 58th Congress of Liberal International (LI) in Abidjan (Côte d'Ivoire) Cambodian opposition leader Sam Rainsy yesterday received a Freedom Prize from an international women group affiliated with LI and based in Spain, "Dones Per La Libertat I La Democracia" (Women for Freedom and Democracy).

The Prize recipients are selected once every two years. Four people have been awarded this Liberal Women Freedom Prize as of today.

The previous recipient before Sam Rainsy was Simone Veil, former French senior Cabinet member, former President of the European Parliament and currently a member of the Académie Française.

The Prize is a reward for world figures who have been effectively defending human rights, especially those of women, children and ethnic minorities, and have helped preserve peoples' cultural identities.

Let's compare the two Khmer leaders Ex King Norodom Sihanouk VS PM Hun Sen.

Sihanouk said Kos Tral islands belong to the Khmer under his regime but PM Hun Sen said Kos Tral island belong to Vietnam according to his treaties with Vietnam under his regime.

So Who is the Khmers Patriot? and who is the Khmers traitor? Can any professional out there explain in detail?

Who cares about Women for Freedom and Democracy prize? No matter or how many prizes that Sam Rainsy gets but it has never helped him to return back to Cambodia at all.

Sam Rainsy should enjoy life after politics and stop lie to Khmer people that you will return to Cambodia soon. Your political career in Cambodia is done and dushed.
