SAM RAINSY’S ACTIVITIES AS CALD PRESIDENT
Opposition leader Sam Rainsy, who is President of the Cambodia National Rescue Party (CNRP), is also Chair of the Council of Asian Liberals and Democrats (CALD), a Manila-based regional organization grouping 10 political parties from 10 Asian countries: Burma, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mongolia, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Taiwan.
