Yes, you can win if the election is conducted in a fairly manner. I doubt that will happen fairly. With the NEC is on Hun Sen side and Viet advisors on every level of Khmer administration the chance of winning is zero to none.

4:38 AM,

CNRP may not outright win the Prime Ministership, but will win MORE Parliament seats.
The progress and momentum of CNRP will at least keep the CPP in check.

Well, well, well,if you want to see Tiger's cubs you muse dare to clawl into Tiger's dent if you scare you'll never see them in their dent....If you want to win Cpp you must do the same joint them to get the power first then s turn any way you want while your in control of the boat,if you scare cpp is no different from the Tigress in the dent that protect the cubs.If you can't beat them joint them to gain control of the power first.....Stay away from situation don't do you any good.In order to win your enemy you have to be friend with them to earn their trust then after gain their trust you can do any thing you want, otherwise, keep on dreaming!...

The old Chinese Officer before 2500 years statet that:

1) If you don't know nothings from your enemy then you will lose 100%.

2) If you know just 50% from your enemy then you will lose 50%.

3) But if you know all 100% from your enemy then you will lose 0%.

make poeple have confident, Is a main tactic!

You can gain all the confidence you want but eventually the opposition end up be a loser. Participating in an election by the opposition amount to recognize Hun Sen regime and his master Viet. Hun Sen will use that opportunity to justify the world that his country plays by democrocy while this country is using dictatorship style. Cambodia government enjoys funding every year in the past 30 years, yet the population remains the poorest in the region as Hun Sen and his cronies pocketted the money for themselves. As individual, I have no faith in any party for clean government once they win the election. At 62, I live through four generations of leadership already, with the exception of Pol Pot regime whose level of corruption was not measurable due to non-existence of money. Among the three leaders I knew, Sihanouk, Lon Nol, and Hun Sen's administrations are all in the same boat: corrupted to the bones. I can hardly trust anyone, any party now as experience from the past all of them were and are corrupted.

Your Chinese officers were right all war has its spies even cold war of the west with Russia were full of spies from either side on each other.Okay let just talk about Yuon and Khmer;Ho chi Minh has many spies among Khmer vietminh and Khmer vietcong spied for the north during American war with yuon they used hookers ,shopkeepers, taxi drivers, these were the tactics that they used to gain access to their enemy to know when to attack or when not to attack. Please change your tactic to win to liberate your mother land because srok Khmer now full of yuon's spies that why they were so effective in their controlling Cpp its puppet Hun sen.If you don't change your tactic you're going to lose again again again, learn from Ho chi Minh he was able to win because he used Sdach Sihanouk gain trust from Sihanouk that allowed v.c to used Khmer's land for battle field to win American war,we too can use our New tactic to win Hun sen cpp once and for all.
