Who really are Heng Samrin and Chea Sim?
Before became Khmer Rouge between 1975-1979 Heng Samrin, Chea Sim and many more were former Khmer Viet Minh who created by Indochinese Communist Party of late Ho Chi Minh before 1951 and named this group of former Khmer Viet Minh in 1951 as The Khmer People's Revolutionary Party ( the old name of CPP ).
After 1954 Geneva conference Yuon Hanoi devided Khmer Viet Minh about 5000 under youn Viet Minh order into 3 group as follow:
1. Group 1 led by Achar Mean or better known as Son Ngoc Minh went to Hanoi and stayed in Hanoi tilled 1972 and went to Chinese haospital for stroke treatment and died in the same year 1972. Pen Sovann was in this group as well.
2. Group 2 led by Tou Samouth, Siv Heng. Heng Sarim Chea Sim, So Phim , Rhos Nhim were in this group, this is the biggest group of Khmer Viet Minh.
3. Group 3 led by Keo Meas, Norn Sourn who jointed 1955 election under the name of Krompracheachon.
Pol Pot, Ieng Sary, Son Sen were in second group led by Tou Samouth, Siv Heng but Pol Pot did not want to be under yuon Viet Minh order but wanted to be remained as friend because Pol Pot knew very well aboout Indochina Federation of yuon Hanoi to put Khmer, Lao under their yoke this happened since 1950s-1960s.
