Please write this letter in French. The Frenh feels insulted when a former protectorate like Cambodia called Cambodge in French no longer speaks French but English only.
May be this writing in English instead of in French is to insult the French for giving Kampuchea Krom (Cochnchine) and Koh Tral (PhuQuoc) to Vietnam.
Not sure, that this letter was sending to the French President or just to show on this KI.
As former protocol, would not show this letter in public, before have an answer from the protocol chief of the French president.
It shows another real stupid , idiot, aggressively and jungle- political group than the today Hun Sen regime in Cambodia.
