In cambodia some monks are the monk of Evil ,because the real monks ,they have charity ,goodness , loving in the heart ,helping the people ,because the people provide them every day the food ,the cloth ,the house ,so the monk should know the grace of the people,love and protect all the people ,in particular the poor people ,because the poor people even some time they have not enough food for them-self but they try to share some from their mouth and give to the monk ,but the evil monk they never pity the poor peoples .Don't feed more the evil monk .Who are the evil monk ?,you already know .

About 99.999999...% Cambodian Monks are EVILS, except Loun Savath and may a few seeds not more than 10. Loun Savath is a very Nationalist just like other true Khmer Nationalists who oppose to Yuon invaders.
However, Loun Savath is an activist Monk, he may have not followed some of Gotama Buddha's teachings but Loun Savath has his own duty to help poor people from abusive by the evils in power, whereas Gotama Buddha focusing only "No way to Return to reborn on this crazy Earth again". Because Gotama Buddha finished his own duty on earth, his Karmic past countless lives finished.
He is a highly spiritual enlightened being just like or above many other Extra Terrestrial beings called Type 3. These Entities (like Gotama Buddha) will live on the planets with no night but day heavenly like, filling over them with mighty electromagnetic field/light (GOD), no more sufferings for them. They are Blessed by the Almighty GOD. All humans will in the future becoming spiritual enlightened beings like Gotama Buddha and many entities achieved.
According to the law of the Universe (GOD), Loun Savath does his duty according to his Karmic Past life. He may have to keep building his good works to until finish, then he will never again reborn on this crazy Earth again like Gotama Buddha and like those countless good Extra Terrestrials.
Earth Planet is a Place for all beings to repent or to redeem and to pay off for their Karmic Past life.
PS: According to the Biography of Gotama Buddha, when people asked him "Does GOD exist?" Gotama Buddha replied "Your job is to focus on how to end the sufferings". If Gotama Buddha told them "Yes", people will only pretend and prepare to do good, but the good is not from their pure heart.
When people asked GOD when He was in human form (Jesus), "When will you be back Lord?" He replied "I will come like a thief". If He told them when He will come, then people prepare only to do good but their acts are not sincere from their hearts.
Humans are so evils. They are so corrupted and so evils. They created Nuclear wars threatening each others. Small country like Cambodia the gangsters from low class types (like Hun Sen) having power running wild with guns making his monkey look threats other unarmed and powerless people.
The most powerful nations even tried to destroy this EARTH Planet while they prepare to escape to live on Moon and Mars.
They can destroy or do small things on earth may be, but they are not allowed to destroy or change the destiny of the Universe with their nuclear missiles.
Some people did not realize that since Truman dropped his Hydrogen bombs on Japan, in WWII, Earth has been visited by Extra Terrestrial Entities (UFO). All their Missiles were disabled.
They have Missiles to treat each others but they cannot shoot.
The accused each others but now they knew so they have tried to chase the UFOs like a baby chasing a fastest car. Now they have a secret space war (The Book of Revelation). They covered up and they lied to the word citizen that nothing. But all world scientists including Michio Kaku, Stephen Hawkings... admitted we are being invaded by the Extra Terrestrials.
Their high technology but it is just a toy for kids to play compared to the Extra Terrestrials. E=mC^2 of Einstein is wrong after all. His Speed of light Theory will help humans to reach just a neighbor planet four year life to travel about more than one million years while the Extra Terrestrial can travel in a few minutes and a day or so.
If Einstein is still alive he will have his last laugh about his theory, but what he said is so true:

Humans will learn the essence of spirituality, the relation between our souls and our bodies, and how the souls re-incarnate, etc. All beings in the Universe created by the Mighty Electro-Magnetic Field/Light (GOD). Every thing has a soul and so are all stars. The fact all things/beings in the universe are connected and are part of GOD.

It would have not been Universe without the Mighty Electromagnetic Field/Light or Energy (GOD) to start with.
That mighty Energy (GOD) stays for ever, it cannot be created nor can be destroyed, but it can change forms, and energy can flow from one place to another, thus the Universe was formed.
No one expect you (Cambodian) to understand it, because you are among the Primitive type of people.
