If Hun Sen is really a Khmer, he should overhaul the NEC and allow Sam Rainsy to go back to Cambodia to participate in this upcoming election.
When the CNRP wins the election, he should help and ensure a smooth transition of power to the new government. With Hun Sen's help, it will be extremely difficult for the evil Vietnam to play any tricks to destabilize the new government.
One possible trick that Vietnam will be using is a fake civil war, making its special Vietnamese agents who have been living in Cambodia since 1979 to wage a war against the new CNRP government.
But this plan will be completely derailed if Hun Sen has good intention to help Cambodia. Hun Sen knew most of Vietnam’s ill intention toward Cambodia.
Hun Sen will become a Khmer hero if he can facilitate a seamless transfer of power after the CPP loses this July election. Hun Sen will be safely protected by the new government.
For Cambodia’s survival, Hun Sen must defy Vietnam’s orders and the time is coming for him to do so.
Hun Sen has an opportunity to leave a legacy as Khmer hero after this July 2013 election by helping the CNRP to fight any tricks that Vietnam will be throwing at the CNRP government.

Hun Sen is Khmer but NO one including your many Indian Buddhas can help to change Hun Sen's mind.
Hun Sen has already been tempted by DEVILS so deep. He is Khmers's Karma sent to defeat Khmers his own people.
For 800 years GOD gave Khmers a chance to repent, but instead of repentance, Khmers have continued to defy GOD.
Only GOD, the Almighty can save. But it is too late now for Khmers to repent.

Hmm.. Hun Sen isnt a full Khmer. He is a Vietminh.
Hun Sen was born in Kapong Cham, there his relatives are Vietnamese, including his mother's side.
After Hun Sen was kicked out of the temple, as a teenager he join the the Khmer Rouge recruitment in the 1950-60s.
At the Khmer Rouge camps is where Hun Sen learnt to kill where he rised up to a commander's rank at a young age.
When the Vietnamese saw Hun Sen potential as a ruthless killer, and a fluent speak of the Vietnamese lauguage, the Vietnamese killed those loyal to the Vietnamese before Hun Sen.
Now Hun Sen and his in laws are now Vietnamese, such as marriage to Sok An, a close in law to Hun Sen, also a Deputy Prime Minister (Vietnamese) and Sok Kong, also a close friend to Hun Sen. (Vietnamese).

Sure Hun Sen is Khmer. He is Khmers' Kama. Khmers were real evils since they marched against GOD for 800 years right after Jayavaraman 7 adopted Indian cult as a state religion.
Don't try to wash Khmers' bad Karma. Hun Sen is just an object/element used to defeat Khmers, rebelled against GOD.
GOD smashed Khmers and He rewarded Yuon more lands. Because Yuon love GOD. Yuon also have so many Holy people (Saints), some of them were beheaded by Yuon Emperor for their faith and love for GOD.
If Khmers believe and Love GOD like they did in Khmer Empire, Yuon would never have a chance to take Khmers' land.

Don't use big words in the wrong issue. About Jews who lost the land for thousand years written in the history. Jerusalem was totally destroyed by Nebuchadnezzai, Babylonians' king, worse than Thais/Viets sacked the Khmer Empire/Oudong.
Jews under king Josiah turned to worship idolatry like Khmers abandoned GOD to worship Buddha. GOD chose a boy named Jeremiah and when he grew up GOD put the words in Jeremiah's mouth to speak to King Josiah.
