The so-called Hun Sen government win this upcoming 2013 election as they cheated in 1998, 2003 and 2008 and the so-called Hun Sen government used the same dirty tricks again and again because NEC has been in their hand.
So this 2013 upcoming election in Cambodia Hun Sen will win for sure because of NEC.
So the national rescue must reform NEC before they join the election otherwise intenstion or tention, indirect or not Sam Rainsy and Kem Sokha help Hun Sen and yuon Hanoi to swallow Cambodia and to exterminate ethnics Khmer as yuon Hanoi did to Chamapa, Prey Nokhor, Kampuchea-Krom and Lao now in Cambodia just look at millions and millions of yuon illegal migrantslready in Camgodia and millions more on the way.
This is all about Indochina Federation, it is all about:
1940s-1954 : Yuon and Khmer Viet Minh in Cambodai.
1954-1970: Yuon and Khmer Viet Minh still in Cambodia underground.
1970s-2013: Former yuon and Khmer Viet MInh, Viet Cong, Khmer Romdos ( not include Khmer Rouge of Pol Pot because Pol Pot did not coperated with Viet Cong indvaded Cambodia in 1970s as many Cambodian understand ).
So how dangeriou it is if we vote this time ( 2013 ) without reforme NEC because this voting is between millions of illegal yuon Khmer Khmer.
