HUN SEN PROVOKES CIVIL WAR
On June 6, 2013, by expelling all opposition deputies from the
National Assembly and in proclaiming, arbitrarily and illegally, the end
of their mandates based on universal suffrage, Prime Minister Hun Sen
has created the preconditions for a civil war.
The Peace Agreements signed in Paris on October 23, 1991 guarantee
for Cambodia a political regime based on “liberal and pluralist
democracy” resulting from “free and fair elections. ”
However, less than two months away from legislative elections set for
July 28, 2013, Mr. Hun Sen has decided to simply do away with the
parliamentary opposition and to relieve himself of the burden of any
pretense of democracy. This has exposed a totalitarian, single-party
regime which openly breaches the Paris Peace Agreements.
Following this institutional coup d’état, the National Assembly is in
breach of the Constitution, and the government of Mr. Hun Sen is
operating outside the law.
This resort to force is all the more grave in the light of the
persistant refusal of Mr. Hun Sen to follow the recommendations of the
United Nations concerning the reforms needed to ensure “free and fair
elections. ”
Faced with this situation of exceptional seriousness, the
international community must condemn Cambodia’s totalitarian drift more
firmly than ever, as well as the farce that any election that fails to
take into account the United Nations recommendations represents. It must
refuse to recognize any government resulting from such an election.
Even if the parliamentary opposition represented by the Cambodia
National Rescue Party (CNRP) takes part in the coming ballot, to avoid
the development of a political void, and to show the failure of an
unjust electoral system to halt the opposition’s advance, it will seek
the cancellation of any election which does not take into account the
recommendations of the United Nations and which distorts the will of the
Cambodian people.
Mr Hun Sen’s resort to force means that Cambodia faces a period of
uncertainty and instability which could lead to the civil war that he
himself has threatened to stage.

Therefore, we please need help from UN with NATO to help us to settle this case. We can not count on our Southeast Asia no more. Because they done it before and they will do it again. To all the crooks, you have killed million of khmers but our souls will live forever as 'they shall not kill and steal' but you did kill and steal from us khmers.
One other thing, US did not lose the VN war, because they could have nuked you out of your existence for good but they did not want to because of special consideration on the whole of humanity ground. ANTICIPATING VIETNAM’S NEXT MOVE IS THE KEY TO SAVE CAMBODIA
As the election is approaching, Khmer people should foresee some events that would likely to occur.
If the CNRP is able to convince the puppet government to reform the NEC, there will be good chance that the CNRP wins this upcoming election.
What would happen to Cambodia thereafter?
I have kept saying that after the CNRP wins the election, Vietnam will stage a fake civil war to destabilize the new government and at the same time Vietnam will launch a psychological warfare by spreading the words that “ you see, without Hun Sen and the CPP, there is war in Cambodia”. And some Khmer people would believe so because they normally don’t spend time to find the cause of the problem.
We must find out who start this fake civil war after the CNRP wins the election. Khmer people should expose these criminals who start this fake civil war and bring them to face justice in the International court, which has prosecuted many criminals against humanity in recent years.
Notice that by being able to install a puppet government since 1979, Vietnam has allowed Cambodia to have peace in exchange for its total dominance in Cambodia.
Just look at the Khmer natural resource, the temple Angkor Wat, the border’s encroachment, and most importantly the incessant mass influx of the Vietnamese into Cambodia. So, the current peace in Cambodia is extremely dangerous because Khmer people will become a minority in the near future. And Vietnam will legally absorb Cambodia through legal means.
Why does Vietnam initiate a new war in Cambodia after the CNRP wins ?
Here is the trend:
1- After march 18, 1970, Vietnam invaded Cambodia. We must know that this invasion would have occurred with or without Sihanouk’s request.
2- In late 1978 and 1979, Vietnam invaded Cambodia because Pol Pot refused to submit to Vietnam. Again, we must know that this invasion would have occurred with or without Heng Samrin, Chea Sim, and Hun Sen’s request. Vietnam has its own plan to attack Cambodia.
3- Therefore, after this July 28, 2013, after the CNRP wins the election, Vietnam will use its special force who have been living in Cambodia since 1979 to attack the new government to create social turbulence. Again this attack would occur with or without Hun Sen’s request.
Vietnam might also create some groups to act violently such as killing people and then linking those groups with the CNRP, thus giving Vietnam and its puppet the right to restore order and crush the CNRP’s government. We should aware of this “blaming” tricks deployed by Vietnam and its puppet Hun Sen.
4- If Vietnam is a friendly neighbor, why did Vietnam create the Khmer Vietminh ?what is Vietnam’s ulterior motive behind the creation of Khmer Vietminh? These Khmer Vietminh have been using by Vietnam as a mask or a tool to cover Vietnam’s action in Cambodia. The scenes of Khmer killed Khmer were largely stemmed from this Khmer Vietminh – Vietnam genius idea.
5- The CNRP should inform the international community, particularly the UN about this strong possibility of a fake civil war generated by Vietnam..
Khmer people must remember that let Cambodia to have peace and prosperity has never been in Vietnam’s dictionary. Vietnam has created social turbulence through Khmer Vietminh in Cambodia and exploited it.
