After listening to the interview of both Mr. Sam Rainsy and Mr. Kem Sokha on RFA on September 29, 2013. I would want to make couple suggestions as follow:
- Please drop all of your side demands which I consider as secondary issues that both of you have elaborated in detail.
- The CNRP should decidedly bring only one proposal to the negotiation table which is the demand for an Independent Committee with a given mandate to finding the simple truth: the winner and the looser of the election in the 28th of July as you both have courageously and heroically mentioned in your public speech everywhere over and over to rally your CNRP followers.
- If the CNRP is the real winner as the end result of the Independent committee of investigation, the CNRP would be able to do whatever you have in mind in your drawing board of how to run a government so then all the other issues that you have both mentioned in the interview would be falling one by one like pieces of puzzles into its place with the application rule of 50%+1 in the Parliament.
P.S...When you demand to have a balance of power such as taking control of Parliament or changing the CNE etc...these prove that you both are standing on the soft ground of negotiating because you both aren't sure that you're going to achieve your main demand for setting up an Independent Committee or not so that you attached other issues. And perhaps you may think if you lose the main one you still think you may win the other issues. The argument prove that you both aren't convincingly ready to fight for the Justice to all khmers yet. Please remember at this critical moment of our history Cambodian people want Justice, so the only one proposal to bring to the negotiation table is Justice, Justice, and Justice and how to achieve Justice is the problem on hands to both of you to work on. Please stop sending mixing signals of illusion to us. Remember you have a noble mission to find Justice to Khmer people.

My analysis scenario
Sam rainsy the blackmailer vs Hun Sen the former soldier Khmer rouge
*The current stand-off between MM Sam Rainsy and Hun Sen might be a huge financial matter.
* I bet that everything will sort out in the near future, and Mr Sam Rainsy will take up position as the President of the National Assembly of Cambodia to legalise Hun Sen government. * Sooner or later, Mr Sam Rainsy will be stripped of his parliamentary immunity and will flee in self-imposed exile as he get used to it.
* He would have a luxurious retirement surrounded by young and beautiful girls.
It would be a happy ending for him.

CNRP should have these plan:
Plan A: Demand an independence investigation of voting irregularity with a clear date line.
Plan B: if plan A fell, get the people to protest to get rid of Hun Sen out of power.

អ្នកដែលពូកកែតែព្រុះ ហើយមិនបានជួយធ្វើអ្វីនោះទៅវិញទេ ដែលជាអ្នកញុះញង់ពិតប្រាកដ! ពួកអស់លោកពិតជាពុំធ្លាប់ឆ្លងកាត់ការរស់ក្នុងរបបប្រជាធិប្បតេយ្យ ក្លែងក្លាយ ដូចប្រទេសកម្ពុជាទេ!
យើងត្រូវតែយល់ថា៖ ការកែប្រែរបប ដែលពោពេញទៅដោយ អំពើពុករលួយ ផ្ដាច់ការណ៍ ហ៊ឹង្សា ឃោឃៅ អោយទៅជារបប មួយមាន យុត្តិធម៌ សព្វបែបសព្វយ៉ាង មានតែយើងទាំងអស់គ្នាប្រកាន់យកអ្វីដែលយើងកំពុងធ្វើដើម្បីខ្លួនយើង កូនចៅយើង អោយជាប់ទើបអាចសម្រេចបានដូចបំណង! បងប្អូនប្រយ័ត្នចាញ់បោកពួកអស់ទាំងនោះ ហើយជម្រុញឲ្យអ្នកដែលខំតស៊ូរសម្រាប់ខ្មែរពិតប្រាកដឲ្យធ្វើខុស!
