good tp bring it up and talk about it on public forum; however, i don't think monarchy is the enemy of democracy. if anything, monarchy can be a conflict of interest for democracy, but not enemy. sometimes, the words we use can translate to someting else. so think before be open our mouth, especially when dealing with others. it's ok to criticize, but blaming and finger point is not constructive nor productive. sometime, in a situation like cambodia, we need all to work together for the good of the whole cambodia and its people and citizens. in other words, camobdia can use all of the above in order to benefit for all. keep in mind sometime, there is exceptions to the rule, nothing is face value all the time, at least not in the real world out there. so be versatile and flexible in our demand, etc...
anything can be overcome when cambodia will play or operate by the rule of law. always emphasize with cambodia the use of the rule of law and train its people in ethical code of conduct. this will lead people to do what is right.
