People's this, people's that. That's the communist way of saying things. Look at Vietnam and China, they have people's court, people's party, people's army, people's hospitals, etc... but in reality, nothing belongs to the people. Everything belongs to the communist leaders - the country, the court, the army, the hospitals, etc...Now we hear from an educated guy who is book smart but not street smart using the words 'people's congress'. Now, that's scary. Sam Rainshit, your strategy sucks. You're losing and the communist under CPP is winning. Fight or leave. Resign or die.

Hun sen said he was sleeping well in the past 32 years but since CNRP come CNRP make rain ,make thunder, make khmer crazy and make him lose a lot of sleep.
glad someone finally brings it up. invest in the sewage system all over the country of cambodia. i think the public system all needs investment and modernized. public system in sewage, trash collection, water sanitation, public restrooms, postal system, transportation system, metro system like train services, water fountains, parks, tree services, roads and streets services like street sweeping, sidewalks, city beautification, etc, etc. i can name a millions of these system that we all taken for granted in the western countries.
these have been neglected for so long already, it's time to re-invest in them in cambodia.
and also invest in electricity and its wiring system. cambodia should be attractive and inviting for visit, to live and for work. it's time to improve and modernize cambodia in way that raise the standard of living all over the country. cambodia is there, all they need is improvement in order to raise the standard of living for all.
