If all khmer united they will win over any enermy, but right now they are farther aways from it, because they are too busy competing for power and their greet will eventualy destroy all khmer.

He is afraid of the people who might use the occasion to topple him as million Cambodians would come from all over the country to celebrate the festival.
If it is the case, he cannot use force to control the crowd because he is very concerned about the ICC and will have no where to run for sure.
What ever he does, he will not win this time thus it is his "LOSE LOSE" moment which comes very close.
Hun sen now is afraid of his shadow for which he has done so long and so wrong to Cambodian people.

Hun Sen is afraid of the Khmer victims of flood since Hun Sen is the main cause of inundation. They may come to squat his house. If it is the case, police or army force is useless. For everyone's information, Hun Sen and Rannaridh took turn to totally destroy our precious Khmer forests despite outcry from the world expert community.
