I know Chum Kosal. I went to school with him. I'm living 3 house from his house since 1980. He is a General Nguyen Van Linh' first son name Nguyen Van Thanh. Since he started living and schooling in Cambodia since young age, he fluently speaking khmer and change to khmer name as

I have listened to Chum Kosal, Phay Siphan, and Chhim Phalvirun. Often, I found myself disagreed with their analyses.
Phalvirun is very knowledgeable. Regrettably, he tends to be one-sided. That is my fault. I should have known. It is my fault because I expected educated Khmers especially those who have gone through at least a graduate level of education to have a sense of fairness. I expect balanced analyses but instead I got the kind of analyses that were seemingly soothing if I were in tune with the government’s agendas.
But that is his prerogative. No one should be labeled “youn” because he/she has a different opinion. Chhim Phalvirun is Khmer.
Chum Kosal, for reasons I have not figured it out yet, I cannot take him seriously. He seems sincere and appears to work hard. I do not know much about his educational background. Therefore, I don’t have much to go. Kosal, as far as I know, is Khmer.
Phay Siphan is an interesting person. I watched him in a couple interviews recently; I like him as a person. I found him to be sincere in his efforts in trying to complete his tasks. As far as a spokesperson, he does his job very well.
The bottom line is no one should be condemned for joining a political party. It is his/her rights. Those who feel CNRP can truly represent the will should be free and safe to join CNRP. On the contrary, those who believe that the current status quo should be maintained should also be free to do so. Both groups are Khmers as long as all are played by fair rules upon which that both side have previously stipulated.

When they're trying to be nice to me, I just don't buy it cos I know they're crooks.
