CNRP has started its
international campaign to urge international community not to recognize
or work with the current government headed by Prime Minister Hun Sen. In
two separate letters to ADB and European Union, CNRP president Sam
Rainsy asked the two institutions to consider the “possible
consequences” and not to sign any new agreement as “the government does
not represent the Cambodian people,” and “cannot legally make any
commitment on behalf of Cambodia.”

I have told with proof that the ADB' s money destined to help Cambodia to implement development programs has been diverted then shared at will between officials for personal purpose, to the ADB's representatives either stationed in Cambodia or down strait from Manila to " audit" the use of money. The answer is simple:" we can do nothing, we are dealing through them and once they get money, well they can use it as they want...lucky them". They emphasized: if your people is crazy it is none of our business, as far as we can get our money back later. Poor next generation of kaun Khmer!!!
