Former Japanese prime minister Shinzo Abe arrived in Cambodia in the evening of 20 March 2008 for a 3-day visit. Ms. Kunthea said that Shinzo Abe will inaugurate a new elementary school in Thnol Toteung, Kampong Chhnang province. As the chairman of the Japanese Parliamentarians involved in building schools in Asia, Shinzo Abe collected funds from his members to build schools in Asia, and in Cambodia in particular.
