In 1987, I took the initiative to negotiate with His Excellency Hun Sen and his regime which was established in Phnom Penh in January 1979. My goal was to make the occupation troops of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam leave and to put to an end the Protectorate of this Vietnam on my country.
If I were able to achieve the national reconciliation (between Khmer people), and better yet, the unity of the Khmer People and Nation, my Viet friends would not have any reason to stay in Cambodia as its “Protectors.”
This sacred goal, I achieved it in 1989-1990.

Nowadays (in the year 2000, in the 21st Century), what do we see?? All these powerful people who blamed me about my patriotic meetings with H.E. Hun Sen, are bumping into each other in order to woo, pamper, praise, perfume with incense the almighty Samdech Akka Décho Hun Sen, and to satisfy him and his regime with colossal “gifts,” and to “invest” everywhere in the “2nd Kingdom” Cambodia. Bravo!!!o o

However, this unfairness, these blames made by the Protectors of the CGDK (Coalition Government of the Democratic Kampuchea) make me suffer atrociously (morally).o o
