Prince Norodom Ranairddh, NRP president, who is currently on self-exile overseas, criticized the leaders of the SRP and the HRP, saying that they do not know how to add but only know how to subtract, after these two party leaders rejected the prince’s call to unite into a major free democratic party to oppose Hun Sen’s ruling party. Speaking over the phone from overseas to his supporters in Kandal province last week, the prince said that Sam Rainsy and Kem Sokha would not abide by his request, because they do not know how to add, but only know to subtract, and that this is a lose-lose strategy. Kem Sokha replied back that his party is currently involved in addition and not in subtraction, and that he already knows about winning and not winning.
