Prime minister Hun Sen will lead a high level delegation of the royal government of Cambodia for a 4-day official state visit to India. The ministry of Foreign Affairs indicated that Hun Sen will visit India between 07-10 December 2007. During his visit, Hun Sen will meet with Mrs. Prathiba Patil, the Indian president, Hamid Ansari, the Indian vice-president, and he will hold discussions with Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. Furthermore, Cambodia and India will sign a large number of documents, such as the memorandum on the office for discussion of foreign affairs, the agreements for prisoner exchange, the agreement on the national defense cooperation, the memorandum on the cooperation on the governance of water resources, the memorandum on the agricultural cooperation, the agreement on Indian loans, and the memorandum on the technical cooperation between the Cambodian Petroleum Authority with the Indian Petroleum and Gas Committee.
