During his visit to Vietnam on 10-12 October 2005, Hun Sen signed a supplementary treaty to the illegal 1985 border treaty with Vietnam. This treaty will not go into effect until it is ratified by the national assembly of the two countries. The content of the additional convention was ordered to be kept secret until it will be approved by the respective national assembly. VOA recently obtained a copy of this secret document.
