On 29 April, 2006, the Vietnamese News Agency published an article in French providing some detials on the 5th congress of the CPP's Kampuchean United Front for National Construction and Defence (UFCDK). The English translation of the article (by KI-Media) is provided below. Of interest in this article is the brief mention stating that Chau Van Chi, the president of the Vietnamese associations in Cambodia, is also a member of the CPP's Front national council. This is yet another tangible proof of Vietnam direct interference in Cambodia's political affairs.
