H.E. our Great Leader decided, so it seems, to ban the use of the latest generation of mobile phones (3G Phones).
While addressing to Monks (Buddhist monks), the respected Samdech HUN SEN said, among other things: “These 3G Phones show pornographic films which could lead some monks to commit fault towards the Buddhist Vinaya, the rules of chastity.”
Another Senior Politician is acting as the advocate of 3G Phones. He said: “If one condemns these 3G Phones, one should equally condemn cars which can perfectly move around exciting and not shy girls.”
Last but not least: numerous young and beautiful Khmer women expressed their disappointment on this ban, this “BAN OF 3G PHONES” prevents them from proposing, through their exciting pictures, their “service” to some Rich and Powerful men who are amateur of “good caviar” or “foie gras” or “chocolate” or “whipped cream” or “Thong-yip (dessert), Thong-yat (dessert), Chahouy-Khtih (creamy coconut jello).”
