There are other sources that clearly point out that Hanoi was always behind the killing field of Cambodia. For example, the Vietnamese prime minster Nguyen Co Thach even said that the invading Vietnamese forces didn't care at all about the human rights in Cambodia. In fact, the Vietnamese forces did not ever hesitate to implement the SAME Hanoi tactics to kill the Khmer people. The Vietnamese K5 plan designed to kill the Cambodians was the most conspicuous one.
It is time for the World Court to try the trouble-making Vietnamse Hanoian Leaders for their crimes against humanity in Cambodia.
To have real justice, please disarme Hun Sen group!
