A Russian coast guard cutter fired at a ship whose Russian-Ukrainian crew was suspected of poaching crabs in the Sea of Okhotsk on Thursday, injuring its captain.

WTF? Cambodia-registered ship manned by ALL Russian-Ukrainian crew who managed to poach 3 tons of live crabs. WTH?
I think I have heard of similar stories before about how foreigners defame Cambodia by using this Cambodian national flag on their ships. Now the foreigners are using the name Cambodia to register their ship? This is unforgivable act of defaming the innocent sovereign country of Cambodia.
It has to stop! The government of Cambodia must file a lawsuit against this captain of that ship so that the act of framing Cambodia will stop once and for all.

But do you think it is right that those Cambodian-flagged foreign ships engage in illegal criminal activities in other countries? Since according to YOU 2:48PM, those Cambodian-flagged foreign ships are “LAWFULLY RIGHT” (hahaha), then HUN SEN is even more “lawfully right” to stop those ship from sailing under the Cambodian flag. Hahahha. Since you change the point of my response, I think you should help those foreign ship captains/owners to get their money back because the “truly strong man Hun Sen” want to break the long-term contractual agreement. All news papers and magazines around the world wrote about Ships with cambodia glag smugling drugs, human and weapons around the world for years did Hun Sen do any thing? may be not because of very long time contracts ( your Uncle Chom Prasit got all the deal, and share the money with Hun Sen!).
Last year Americam State deparment enve listed Cambodia carry flag ship as one of the terorist weapon!
