Hmm. I wonder if all of those kids are really "Cambodian". There many homeless Vietnamese children in Saigon which Vietnam doesn't want to admit and since many of these are of the Indigenous Khmer Krom, its very easy to just label them Cambodian and ship them off out of the country. However, when census comes to record Vietnam's true population, these Khmer would have been recorded as Vietnamese citizens to falsified true number of Khmer Krom inside Vietnam.
That's my thought. I know a few fellow Khmer Krom who are wondering out in the street of Uncle Ho's city when I was still living in Vietnam.
If Khmer Krom are children are involved, the Vietnamese government is audiacious to make such a concern towards Cambodia. Instead it should bear responsibility for it's own citizen and clean up it's acts of indigenous discrimanation and the lack of opportunity should be addressed for the Khmer owner of the land of South Vietnam.
