Prince Sisowath Thomico wants to actively participate in the political and this could happen with the formation of his own party. “I do not like the current administration of the country. Therefore, maybe it would be good to unite these small parties and then, I will join them,” Sisowath Thomico said. At the same time, the prince does not reject the idea of forming his own party.
One thing is certain in the mind of Sisowath Thomico: if formed, this party will be “sihanoukist.” “In 2009, it will be 30-year that I follow and serve King-Father Norodom Sihanouk. This means that if I create a party, it will be sihanoukist at the fullest meaning of the word. Not just a royalist party.”
To speak out in politics, why doesn’t he plan on joining the Funcinpec or the SRP? “Because the statutes of Funcinpec prevent others from having ideas other than those of the party president, Prince Norodom Ranariddh. And I cannot join the SRP even if its president, his wife and myself are very closed friends. Because Sam Rainsy’s positions are not mine.”

When will these able bodies wakes up, our beloved country is at stake? It could not wait any longer. We needed a government that can defend its citizens and working for the citizens. Prince Tommy, it sounds like your heart for Cambodia is genuine enough. But, I always have doubt in Royal family because your lineage is the symbol of despair/corruption.
If you are for Cambodia, why don't you side with SRP and win the 2008 election. The CPP needed to be ousted. Prince put your bickering asides and joint with SRP to win for the Khmers people. If you are refusing to work for the common causes, then you are just another Shithanouk!

Well, if Prince Thomico really really SERIOUS about SAVIng KHMER DIGNITY and serving, PROTECTing KHMERS, i would be cheerful to see him and others UNITE with SRP. I am not a member of any political party but let me declare this: If you and others would not JOIN Mr. Sam Rainsy's camp, no no no no one will beat CCP (Corrupted Club of Pigs)??. Believe me!!

yes i do agree with the two comments. The first obstacle for our country is the CPP, so the fi´rst task ti save our country is to oust the CPP, then we can talk what to be done next. Why these people think spupidly about having their own parties but not about crashing the CPP. And to abolish the CPP, we must unite with SRP which is the only hope now.
Remember, the more the parties we created the more chances we will lose to the CPP.

Hun Sen is Samdech Neayok ( director of all Samdeches )
Each affair that Sihanouk wants to do, he always ask permission from Hun Sen.
For example, he asked Hun Sen's permissions in order to return to Cambodia on May 26, 2006.
In other words, Hun Sen is Younist,
but Sihanouk is 'kaun chau' Hun Sen
So Sihanouk is Younist too!!
Besides, Thomico wants to create a party really Sihanoukist ( to follow Sihanouk )

In conclusion, the new party of Thomico is a branch party of CPP, feed by CPP.
It means the reality of this new party will be Royal Youn Communist party. It will continue to destroy Cambodia Society.

They must to join together to defeat HONG YUON XEN in 2008, not to create other small party.

In my opinion,Prince Thommico who is just as clean as Sam Raingsi, can well joint forces to beat the CPP .But as long as Sihanouk lives the task remains impossible. The reason being that Sihanouk is still paying his debts to his protector Hun Sen. Using his prestige, if any prestige is still
available among the loyal gullible folk he calls his Kaun Chau, he will do anything that the Yuon Party ( Hun Sen) wins. So it is obvious to any clear minded person that in order to beat Hun Sen , he must wait until after the old fox has left the earth.
To the royal family,
SR may not have any position in your part, but SR lives and speaks for the best of khmers'interest.
Please stay out of the politics and stick to art work and charity that you do best. We love you and you are the best symbol when it comes to representing Khmers.
To the SR's party, when you win the election in 2008, which I surely wish and hope that you will win, please design a constitution that protect the royal family from being treated as an endangered species.

True and I already am considering our monarch as an endangered species. That is why,I think that there should be a law to protect and save our monarchy.
Being royal is fabulous and special. When I look myself up in the mirror, i don't see anything different. I am fabulous! and I am special! I'm sure youself as well. May be the royal family is more famous and has more money.
May I remind us and the royal family that being true Prince or Princess or King or Queen must come from the finest-noble acts and behabiors. IT IS NOT BY JUST BEING BORN ROYALTY ALONE.
Althought, many of the royal family had done just fine.I think that there are still plenty of rooms and opportunities to work things out, to set the finest example and to maintain the highest MORAL STANDARD for Khmers poeple. This role is yours truely, Your Highness.
Please see that SR is Prince to us at this time. Cambodia needs someone like SR to help her stand on her own feet. She needs to stand tall. We like to see that our prince Sam Rainsy is able to lead or navigate the country just one!
Our country's current situation is awful!, very very unsatifactory, very very dissapointing and shameful! We certainly believe that SR can change that. We had no and zero doubt.

Did you swallow wrong medecin Thomico. Do you think all Cambodian still believe your monarch. You never went around Cambodia so you didn't know about popularity of Sihanouk now. Shanouk = Killing fiels < Ho Chi Minh < Mao Tse Tung. Sihanouk asked Hun Sen as his adopted son because he would like some power to a small new king Sihamony(a sdach kaun kath). Not so long Cambodian will destroy your monarch . No more dream!!!!
