While during the return of Sam Rainsy in the country at the beginning of the year, prime minister Hun Sen was considering forming a coalition including the SRP after 2008, but this is no longer the case. Thursday, during a hospital inauguration, Hun Sen explained that the CPP, his party, “already had a coalition partner, the Funcinpec,” and that the SRP “which has experience of being in the opposition,” should “remain there again.” “This is not a sign of displeasure by the prime minister towards the SRP because this latter criticizes the governmenr,” insist Om Yen Tieng, the high ranking advisor to the prime minister. Sam Rainsy notes that this declaration was made when the government is in conflict with the World Bank which denounced the irregularities in the management of three [aid] programs. “Hun Sen is worried of these corruption accusations because they did not originated from the SRP. I think he wants to deflect the public opinion. That is why he talks about the SRP,” Sam Rainsy said.

If Hun Sen decides to stay to power for life, he can afford to do it because he gets everything he needs: 5 millions YUONS at least, police, military forces, money from Yuons, international donors, corruption, petrol to support him.
As HUN SEN said, SAM RAINSY will remain in the opposition for ever.

Sam Rainsy need to do more of his foreign policies if he wants to be headof the government. He must understand the reality of power vaccum in Asia. So far, After over 10 years in politic, Sam Rainsy has not made any good with Chinese Leadership at all. Sam Rainsy must remember that during his last political exile in France, can he relied to any of western diplomatic to help him to come back Home? If he has a good relationship with China, I hope that he was not bad.

Nop, Mr. Sam Rainsey should not messing his head up with China.

Reason: The Man is republican and China?
They are the opposit end of everyting he believes.. Orange and apple will never be looking a like.
It's better to stay loyal to the republican the way he is. Do see how the US are working things out with Vietnam.
Japan was one United States one deadly enermy. It's not anymore.
The same could go with Vietnam and the US. Be on the look out! Also do work closely with The U.N's human right staff.

The U.N are changing as we speak. Mrs. Luois Arbour had a huge influent on the U.N's decision. Former staff that don't work are on their way out!. Do convince and get poeple who love freedom to the voting pole. This could be done with the support of the U.N's human right office. Seeking helps and supports from the right friends. That is the US and Europe. They are fighting for freedoom and democracy the very way as Mr. Sam Rainsey.

Listen to The U.S President's speech and good luck and best wishes Mr. Sam Rainsey!!!.

Please stay true to The Free World!and our khmers poeple!
