BEIJING, July 14 (Xinhua) -- China will work with Cambodia to continuously enhance the bilateral all-round partnership of cooperation, State Councilor Tang Jiaxuan said here on Friday when meeting with visiting Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister Hor Nam Hong.
Tang said China and Cambodia are good friends and partners sharing mutual trust and sincere cooperation. The two countries always give each other consistent understanding and support on issues concerning the other side's core interests.
Hor, also Cambodian minister of Foreign Affairs, echoed Tang assaying Cambodia is also willing to further strengthen the all-round partnership of cooperation between the two countries by joint efforts with the Chinese side.
China is a trust-worthy friend of Cambodia, which has provided long-term generous assistance and precious support to the economic and social development of Cambodia, he noted.
Cambodia will continue to abide by the one-China policy, and opposes "Taiwan Independence" separatist activities in any forms, Hor stressed.
At the invitation of Chinese Foreign Minster Li Zhaoxing, Hor is paying an official visit to China from July 13 to 16. Enditem

All super-powers are alike, tricky countries. They have to be this way in order to maintain their Tyran. In 1980's, Reagan defeated Russia by being friend with China. Defeated Iran by being friend with Iraq. Defeat Iraq by being friend with Soudi Arabia. Kuwait was just a buffer zone. To defeat China this time, US must be friend with India. Bush's doctrine is shifting economy trade from China to Vietnam and India. China is slowely isolated. Just like 911, north Korea's missiles testing was US strategy to have an excuse to move military bases closer to China. 911 and North Korea misille crisis are created by CIA. When China is all destroyed. Russia will become the next super power that US will have to face in 2040. Every 30 years, US needs a major wars. World war II, Korean war, Vietname war, South America war, Mid-east war, next one will be North East war. In 2040, new democratic China and North Korea will US close alies to defeat Russia. Anonymous 12:28AM, conspiracy theries sound great but only a theory. You maybe right on certain predictions, however, I don't think China will be defeated by America. The exchange of nukes is a high probability, it will definately reduce the populations though. American must be constantly at war to keep its weapons and fighting skills ahead of anyone in the world. So far, America has not fought wars of one-on-one basis. Most of the wars America involved are allying with other nations. Vietnam War and Iraq invasion have proven that standing alone is a hard war to fight regardless of military superiority.
So, if America wants to start a war with China to maintain its supremacy status, it must work very hard to be friends with the world. The American popularity to the world is dwindling . On the contrary, only few a countries around the world are the enemy of China. So China in a way, is winning the hearts and minds of the world. I wonder who is China allies when war does comes. One thing I'm most concern is Cambodia. How can Cambodia be neutral if and when the war between the two giants occur.
