CPP secures the control of all villages (1)
Through manipulated indirect elections at the commune level, the ruling CPP managed last month to secure the control of virtually all Cambodia's 13,000 villages. Acting as heads of communist-type cells (each village is divided into 10-house groups placed under the scrutiny of the party), the CPP village chiefs will continue to use intimidation and selective allocation of government donations to pressurize villagers into voting for the former communist party. They will also strive to prevent first-time voters (young citizens who have recently reached the age of 18 and are allegedly not receptive to the CPP propaganda) from going to vote by not providing
them administrative documents that are required to register as voters and/or to effectively cast their ballot (certificate of residence, family book, ID card). At the last legislative elections in 2003, some one million eligible voters, most of them first-time voters, were prevented from voting due to administrative harassment and retention of information.

Ou Mary emigrates to Canada (1)
Ou Mary, former President of the Free Trade Union of Workers of the Kingdom of Cambodia, emigrated to Canada last month. Ou Mary's successor, Chea Vichea, was assassinated in 2004.
Home-delivered PhD for Hun Sen (1)
For a cost of about $10,000, Prime Minister Hun Sen got a "PhD" delivered to him at his home in Phnom Penh last month by the "Dean" of the totally unknown Rajaphat Ban Somdet Chao Praya "University" that claims to be based in Thailand. To fool the Cambodian people, a number of CPP officials have bought similar "academic degrees" from dubious or non-existing "Universities" (KI, 8 December 2004: "Home-delivered PhDs").

Prominent commercials in recent issues of Rasmei Kampuchea and Koh Santepheap newspapers show Sok Kong, a prominent businessman (chairman of Sokimex conglomerate), and Nhim Vanda, a prominent politician (holding several positions in the government) receiving in Phnom Penh PhD degrees from the dean of Bharath University, India. Similar PhDs can be home-delivered to anybody who financially qualifies.

Most of the Khmers know that Hun Sen education credential is donated to him. If he would make the effort to get a real degree from the accredited colleges or universities, then the would see prosperity in Cambodia and some common senses in polluted head. Haven't you heard how given some speeches? This guy (Hun) sounds exactly like the Kindergarten class. The speech patterns lack intelligent.
They say that once one learns somethings you cannot take away the person knowledge. For Hun Sen, we can take it away because it was handed down to him. Hun Sen, you stupid M.F. The judges that he appointed. Where did they get their credential? There are so much problems it would take e^x power to talk about it.

So I know why Hun Sen (former khmer rouge) has many PhD while he only had education as high as grade 9 level (equivalent to 4th grade USA educational system).

please ask HUN SEN if he wants to sell one of his PhD diplomas because he has many PhD diplomas without studies.
It is dangerous to deliver a PhD diploma whithout studies to a barbarian like him

Why do we all care about how Pro Vietnam Hun Sen got his PHD? Because of his PhD, he had his good vision He beleive that no one know how to take care of Cambodia. The augument is that; the king did not know how to protect his identity and country, and Pol Pot knew how to kill his people, and Vietnam wants to give Cambodian a safe place for Cambodian, these are all Hun Sen's case scenaros. So to be good to his poeple, Hun Sen chose to let go Cambodia to Vietnam and his intention is to stay there forever for Cambodian. He also said "Hell to the Democrcy". He said Who dare to put me away, every one just get jelious and barked. He did everything he wanted and He is going to get his mom and dad devorced so that his parent can get marry once again to the Vietnamese bride and groom. Bravo Hun Sen, how many kids you had with your Vietnamese hole. Let go mix them up!!!!
