The Deputy Prime Ministers of Viet Nam and Cambodia on August 21 discussed specific measures to increase the efficiency of their existing bilateral economic and commercial cooperation.
Standing Deputy PM Nguyen Sinh Hung spoke with the Cambodian Deputy PM-cum-Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Hor Namhong, in Phnom Penh during his official visit to Cambodia from August 21.
The two Deputy PMs expressed their pleasure at the progress of the relationship between Viet Nam and Cambodia over recent years. They affirmed their determination to promote bilateral ties under the motto of "good neighbours, traditional friendship, comprehensive cooperation and long-lasting stability."
Deputy PM Hor Namhong expressed his gratitude to the Vietnamese Government and people for their assistance in training Cambodian staff in many important sectors.
The two Deputy PMs focused their discussions on cooperation in areas such as transport (road and bridge construction and aviation), industry (electricity, rubber and pepper cultivation, mining and oil prospecting), banking and tourism.
The two sides agreed to increase the two-way trade between Viet Nam and Cambodia to 2 billion USD by 2010. They will designate specific ministries, agencies and corporations in their respective countries to hold further discussions and to submit the results to the Governments for consideration.
The talks were held in a cordial and open atmosphere of friendship and solidarity between Viet Nam and Cambodia.
That evening, Deputy PM Hor Namhong held a banquet in honour of his Vietnamese counterpart.

The Vietcong trained Cambodian staff in AH HOR NAMHONG government?
Tell me what kind of training did the Vietcong gave these stupid Cambodian officials? The Vietcong trained these Cambodian officials so well that they committed corruption against Cambodian people around 400 million dollars to 500 million dollars a year.
The Vietcong trained all the dumb fuck Cambodian officials to do all the dirty work and take all the blame and the life pf the Vietcong couldn't be better than this. All these stupid Cambodian officials are trained to be a foot soldier and they don't even know it. This is sad to live as a human being without brain and willingly to be led by another evil human.
I will bet one thing that the Vietcong didn't train these dumb fuck Cambodian officials and that is their trade secret and the know how! And how do I know? The fact that poor Cambodian people willing to risk their life just to do a simple job in Thialand say alot! It says that the Vietcong doesn't want Cambodia to be a place for any type of industries in production and that is why Cambodian people have a very hard finding employment!
The Veitcong is use big number for future projection to impress dumb fuck Cambodian officials. The Vietcong said "The two sides agreed to increase the two-way trade between Viet Nam and Cambodia to 2 billion USD by 2010"
Who know what the future will bring! Even the future is uncertain! I am not impressed with these big number!
Cambodian can do better than this! The first is to shake off any Vietcong mentality mean to do away with all the CPP clans! Then free the Khmer Krom people and the Montagard people from the Vietcong oppression! Then lobby hard and force Bumra to accept democracy!
Now it is time to invest billion and billion of dollar in light, medium, and heavy industry! The education,trade school, college , university and create internship and extership or apprentice program and force these Cambodian people to learn and learn and prepare them for high tech jobs or business! Soon Cambodian people don't have to risk their life to go to another country just to find nanny,diswasher, and sweep...beggar job!
Cambodia need new economic model because the World Bank and the Asian development Bank is going nowhere! This is not a talk about changing thing over night. It seems that the more business Cambodia have the more misery for the Cambodian people! This is unhealthy for Cambodian people and the nation.
If the Cambodia can achieve unification with the Khmer Krom the economic out put is more than 2 billion dollars a year promised by the Vietcong in 2010! The emergence new democratic of Mynmar will offer new busines opprotunity for Cambodian people too!
The Vietcong will only have long-lasting stability with Cambodia as long as AH HUN SEN in power but AH HUN SEN power is begining to dim like a candle in a dark room!
Cambodia as nation has a future that tie with the nation of Khmer Krom not with Vietname! Cambodian have the same language, religion, and culture with the Khmer Krom! Cambodian have no common identity with the Vietcong! It is no brainer in mankind to understand this!
The Vietcong has destroy Cambodia many times including taking over the Khmer Krom land and during the Vietname war! This time the fucken Vietcong will not destroy Cambodia again!
Foreign Affaird Minister Hor Namhong is good at sucking Veitnamese balls. We should congratuate him on a job well done. Soon he will be promoted up the ass ;-).Which his friends Viet will planned the boarder poll on so he is definately know where Khmer boader is loacted.
