Large donation for schools in Cambodia

Bernard Krisher, right, president of Japan Relief for Cambodia, received a donation of 15,000 dollars for the construction of schools and promotion of its educational and social welfare projects from Midori Takabayashi, president of Soroptimist International's Osaka Chuo chapter at the latter's recent meeting.

During the meeting held at Hotel New Otani, Osaka on July 5, Krisher delivered a speech under the title, "Let's build Schools with Roofs for Cambodian Children, and described the current situation in Cambodia. Moreover, he appealed for funds to help promote the projects.
