Lao Dong (Labour, Vietnam)
Petrol smuggling is on the rise across the border into Cambodia. Smuggling is increasing in the southern province of Kien Giang, with the price of a litre of petrol in Viet Nam VND3,000 (US$0.18) to VND3,500 ($0.21) less than in Cambodia.
