Phnom Penh Muniripal Governor Kep Chuktema admonished more than 50 district and municipal officials at a weekly meeting on Monday for allowing SRP leader Sam Rainsy to distribute thousands of pamphlets on Sunday encouraging villagers to protest forced evictions from the city. "To organize a protest is illegal," Kep Chuktema said, adding that Sam Rainsy didn't have permission. The leaflets were distributed to thousands of villagers forcibly evicted from sites in Tonle Bassac commune's Village 14 and near Preah Monivong Hospital. SRP member Mu Sochua said that the municipality should point to which law barred Sam Rainsy from distributing leaflets. "Sam Rainsy...has full rights to distribute leaflets and explain villagers' rights," she added.

AH Kep Chuktema has no right to tell Cambodian people what to do! This bastard only a governor! This bastard need to know his boundary of power and he just can't go around warn other people what not to do or to say!

This bastard need to do his job as a governor and what had he done for Phnom Penh? I just hope he don't promote the sell of more dog meat in the market! And I know that Vietcong love dog meat!

Kep Chuktema has to kiss Hun Sen's ass in order to get promotion, like another high range CPP..
but he should be remembered that if he were beginning useless like Heng Pov, Kep Chuktema will be a next victim... SamRaisy must do what he has to do in order to get the light of candles freedomly burning bringt in Srok Khmer again.. Why he have to wait for Hun Sen's permission, which he has already knew the answer,"NO"?.
