Neighboring Cambodia is to dispatch an official five-member delegation to visit Vietnam in a couple of days to gain experience in organizing major sports events.
The Cambodia ‘team’ will arrive in Vietnam as the nation hosts the National Sports Festival finals in Ho Chi Minh City from September 16-24.
Vietnam’s well organized major sports tournaments at regional and world’s level, thus their experience would be a help for Cambodia in a bid to develop its national sports, said Phorum Pundi, chief of the central department for students, education and sports training in Cambodia.
Cambodia is also to consult Vietnam in recruiting potential athletes from grassroots to advanced levels.

It doesn't take a genius to coach these Cambodian athletes to be the best! Here is how to do it!
First hire the best coach in the world with wining track records in their filed! For example boxing coach, running coach,Judo coach, swimming coach...It can be expensive but it worth every penny!
Second give the atheletes best in everything that they need to succeed! best foods, best clothes, best training equipment...
Third give the altheletes an incentive to win at any cost! A good incentive would be to give a brand new Mercedes Benz to any anyone who bring back the gold medals! Give a brand new house or even money! Man! I can go on forever...
