Complaint Filed Against Poipet Chief for Swearing In 4 SRP

Five CPP and Funcinpec commune councilors from Banteay Meanchey province's Poipet commune have filed an official complaint against their SRP commune chief Hay Nam Heng for his part in organizing a swearing in ceremony of four SRP village chiefs Monday.
San Sean Huor, CPP first deputy commune chief, said the thumbprinted complaint was sent to the provincial authorities and the Interior Ministry.
The complaint was filed following the swearing in of four SRP village chiefs who were elected June 21 but had a short-lived victory when CPP Provincial Governor On Sum alleged irregularities in the vote.
San Sean Huor said that Hay Nam Heng violated an Interior Ministry directive by holding the ceremony for the village chiefs.
Hay Nam Heng was also accused of violating the election process, causing a disturbance at the commune office and putting forward invalid village chief candidates, San Sean Huor said.
Hay Nam Heng could not be reached for comment.
Fellow SRP councilor Mean Sarith said that he was unaware of the complaint. But he added that the commune's councilors had all agreed that the village chief election had been conducted in an acceptable manner, until the results came in showing that four SRP chiefs had won over the CPP and Funcinpec.
SRP officials claim that pro-CPP protesters tried to disrupt the swearing in ceremony by using loudspeakers, banging on buckets and cutting off power to the commune office, making it impossible to use a microphone.
SRP lawmaker Eng Chhay Eang said the complaint was a bid by CPP officials to seize some of the only village chief positions in the country that the SRP managed to win.
Funcinpec commune councilor Yuth Sarath said he signed the complaint against his commune chief because councilors "are afraid the higher-ups will think we disrespected the law like [Hay Nam Heng]."

Actually, the term "Politics" can be interpreted as a game for all politicians and strat of society to play together. Like other games, the "Politics" needs a neutral and just judge with free, fair and acceptable rules.
Let's look at the political games in Cambodia and ask oneself if all elections are free, fair and credible to be accpeted. the asnwer is NO. Most officers in National Elelction Committee are from CPP, the extreme communist Youn's puppet Party. Look at the people's understanding about democracy and the way they perform their rights and freedoms. Look at the standard of living. Mostly in a real consolidated democracy, the middlie class plays the huge per centages in the society. What about in Cambodia? around 10 per cent is rich, 10 percent is in the middle class while 80 per cent is indescribably poor. How can democracy work well?
One last question to ask when Hun Sen and his associates willingly release all Cambodian people from his hostage os poverty and ignorance? When...? When...?
Of course, I accept the idea that to build a real democracy needs times, property, and even lives, but when that real democracy comes to Cambodia? How long is it gonna take? one generation, two ... or 10 generations (which is approximately 500 years?

Now AH HUN SEN was in power since 1979 and in 1993 he lost the democratic election and still in power!
So 2006-1993= 13years of democratic rule and AH HUN SEN still take order from the Vietcong!
This bastard don't even have a clue how to run Cambodia! Whoever said that this bastard is smart and they better look at Cambodia again! Cambodia is the poorest of all the Asian country! It is such a shame!
AH HUN SEN will be judged by Cambodian history to be most incompetent leader to rule Cambodia for the longest in modern time!
Cambodia will have a happy ending because this bastard will pay with his life for his incompetent! Not even the Vietcong can help him!
