Call for sending a petition to President George W. Bush prior to his visit to Vietnam

Dear All,

President Bush will make an official visit to Hanoi next month.

I propose to send a Petition to President Bush asking him to oblige Vietnam to respect the 1991 Paris Peace Agreement and withdraw all its armed forces from Cambodia. Each one of us should sign and send by ourself a hard copy of the petition to the White House or, at the minimum, if you don't have time, please send a copy by email.

How to send the petition to President Bush:

1- Enclosed below is a sample petition which you can use directly, or you can use as a model to rewrite and change as you see fit.

2- Please print a copy of your petition.

3- Please send it by regular mail to the White House at the following address:

President George W. Bush
The White House
1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW
Washington, DC 20500

Alternatively, you can fax your petition to the White House at the following fax number:

Fax: (202) 456-2461

You can also email your petition to President Bush at the following email address:

president@whitehouse.gov

The most important point is that you should send your petition to President Bush. If we can gather up to ten thousand signatures, it would be really great.

Sincerely

Baphuon
