I think all of you are jeolous of him.
He has probably just arrived in New York and still had a jet lag! Or, he may have paid a social visit to New York's red light district the night before, and he was still exhausted. It could be the time difference; night time in Phnom Penh would be day time in New York. There are millions of reasons why Hun Sen's new high flyers are sleeping on their jobs, but overworking is not one of them.
As I remember, many members of Cambodian parliament were sleeping, are always sleeping and will be sleeping during the National Assembly Sessions. They got the highest amount of salary of all Cambodians. The salary from sweat and blood of Cambodian poor farmers, workers, civil servants.
They are not any better than pigs and dogs.

it is ok...I have seen people slept in the house of comon in canada. He came to work and slept there, but it's better than someone ran away from the country when he got pissed off....ahahhah if you know who that was...haaah : mr. norodom run-a-round.
