ONE of the last living relics of Cambodia's Khmer Rouge regime, Prime Minister Hun Sen, is in Australia this week to do the diplomatic rounds. Hun Sen admits he was a Khmer Rouge diehard but says he was never one of the leaders. Since then, of course, he has launched his own bloody coup in Cambodia, ridding the nation of elected Prince Norodom Ranariddh. In Sydney yesterday he wore a sharp suit and presented a smiling face to the cameras. Our spies on the ground found it hard to tell whether his car was bulletproof. Accused of gross breaches of human rights, Hun Sen has a very full social and diplomatic agenda in Australia, peaking with a lunch hosted by John Howard at Parliament House tomorrow.
