Prince Norodom Ranariddh told VOA in an exclusive interview from Paris, France that he does not recognize the decision of the FUNCINPEC party to remove him from the position of the party president but gives his blessings to those who set him free.
In a phone interview immediately after his removal, Prince Ranariddh says that he plans to file a lawsuit with the Ministry of the Interior.
Ranariddh says he does not believe the Ministry of the Interior will seek justice for him but he wants to show the public that it can not find justice even for someone like him not to mention the ordinary people.
The prince also reveals that he is forming a new party under his name, the "Norodom Ranariddh Party" in time to participate in the local election to be held in April 2007.

Your are at your own will to form a party that will take off from the ground. Few peoples will go with you but not the Cambodian people. It is abnornal for someone that does see his own weakness.

I am so amused of your interview with RFA. You said to be a lawyer. But your legal knowledge is too thin and too meagre. You have to know that Special General meeting has the power to change anything even your party constitution. Therefore, the meeting can remove anyone. From now on just keep calm and enjoy your remaining retirement age making children with your young love !!!!!!!

You are wrong. It is normal for Khmer king, prince, or royal family who do not see their own weakness or mistake. It is how the Khmer royal blood is.
