1,865 families brutally expelled from their homes in Phnom Penh in June 2006 because of land grabbing, are living there in squalid conditions. The Kauk Roka commune chief (from the CPP) refuses to register them as voters. Sam Rainsy defends their voting right.

AH HUN SEN is treating Cambodian people no less than slave or animal! This is rediculous! Here Cambodian people are living in the 21th century and not allow to vote?
