Mekong Delta's border economic zone built
Construction has started on a border economic zone with a total investment of VND 49 billion in Tinh Bien district in the Mekong Delta province of An Giang.
Ten foreign and domestic investors have registered to invest in the trade centre area of the 25.5 hectare zone.
The economic zone, whose construction is expected to be completed in early 2007, will help promote trade activities between Vietnam and Cambodia. (VNA)
