Vietnam shares experience with Cambodia on corruption fight

VNA

Vietnam is willing to share its experience with neighbouring Cambodia in the fight against corruption and exchange visits made by those who work in the inspection field, said a senior government official.

Deputy Prime Minister Truong Vinh Trong was speaking at a meeting in Hanoi on October 13 with Prak Ham, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Relations with the National Assembly, Senate, and Inspection.

Deputy PM Trong made an introduction about the drafting process and the implementation of Vietnam's newly-approved Anti-corruption Law to the Cambodian Secretary of State.

Secretary of State Prak Ham said his working visit to Vietnam aimed at exchanging experiences about inspection and anti-corruption activities, and how to resolve people's complaints.

Hey dumbo here is a rule to fight corruption. No one above the law of the land. Not even yourself Sadam Hun Shit. To fight corruption is starting from you, if you respect the law of the land and if you follow the law of the land. Everyone else will follow. So, starting from today you should follow and respect the laws that Cambodia had.

Law can be copied from one country to another but the implementation will be different from one to another. I do not believe that Cambodian inspection officials can implement their experience from VN in Cambodia because corruption is seen differently. Ex. Cambodian see corruption as a substance to make work goes smoothly and everyone implicitly accepts it, while VN sees corruption as a dangerous act for society.

Why do Cambodian gov't has to learn everything little things from Vietnam? Is this to keep Cambodia mentally submissive to Vietnam? Can't Cambodia learns to do things themselves? We are not stupid people, but it seems we act stupid to hurt ourselves even more.... Or is it that we have to give the Viet credit for everying we know? Every Cambodian should be proud of themself; you know yourself of your ability, go to school if you need enchancement. We have to act smart to be smart... little things will shape your mind you don't even know it.

AH HUN SEN had learned enough from the Vietcong over the years. Now for AH HUN SEN learn not to be corrupted will make him fall from power like an apple fall from a tree!

Only through corruption can make AH HUN SEN stay in power and having power is the number one addiction for AH HUN SEN!

So for the Vietcong to tell AH HUN SEN kicked his power addiction and It not gonna work! It is better off for the Vietcong to tell AH HUN SEN to quit smoking which is bad for his health!

If Hun Sen take on aspect of Vietname anti corruption laws, then it proof that he is definately taking order from Vietnam.

Cambodia want to have it own anti corrupion law not basis on Vietnam's anit corruption laws, but base on internation standard anit courrption bills and most importantly enforcing not just lip service which Hun Sen is good at.

You can't take/extract a law from a communist state and implement it in a democratic state. If Hun Sen does this is not a step forward but a step backup in Anti corruption laws in Camboda.

Is this some kind of joke? The corruptions in Cambodia are being committed by Hun Sen and his Hanoi's agents. And to let Hanoi teaching Cambodia about corruption, is a joke. Vietnam is always innocent even if she is the guilty one. In Vietnam, it is full of of corruptions. This is one blind teaching another blind to see, what a joke. Vietnam had to get involve in Cambodia's affairs in order to shield corrupted Hanoi's agents from being caught and prosecuted
